Q: Do I need to download Radiance seperately when using Rayfront?
A: Not at all, Radiance binaries are included for all supported platforms.
Q: Does Rayfront offer the same functionality on all platforms?
A: Yes, with two exceptions:
- It is not possible to temporarily suspend
a simulation running on Windows, but that's a limitation of the
operating system, and not our choice.
- Running a Rayserver is possible but not supported on Windows,
because the OS is not optimized for managing background processes.
